I love music! I really think it makes a lot of things better.... however, I hate when a blog has a music player that just plays automatically, cause seriously, NOT everyone likes the same music! Plus if you're browsing through blogs late at night and everyone is asleep, or in your office (hee-hee), then you don't want to announce to the world! That's why I give you the choice, so you can play it if you want, but you don't have to.
I do try and find songs to fit with most posts. And I will have the number of song to coordinate with the post listed at the top of the post in bold. *addendum
I'm the type of person that's not really particular to genre or certain bands/musicians (though I do have my favorites, as you'll see a lot of songs from the same artists). But, when I hear a song I like, I just do what I can to figure out (if I don't already know) who it is, and then usually download it from iTunes or Amazon. I also am the type of person that really associates memories with songs... kinda funny how that happens :) That's why I think it's so nice to have songs going with my "short stories". The soundtrack of our lives if you will.
So there you have it! And like I said, play or not, it's really up to you!
*Alright, that was a nice idea, but not entirely thought through! Yeah, it would be a pain in the butt to change the numbers every time I add a new post, yet I want the most recent song to be at the top.... so will no longer have the numbers, you will just have to use your useful brains and count to figure it out (sorry!).... guess I could put the name of the song in bold though.... there's a thought ;)
